Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Standard: $4.99 USD. Free standard shipping when your order subtotal is $39 USD or more after discounts and before shipping.
- Expedited: $9.99 USD. The free-shipping offer applies only to Standard; Expedited remains $9.99, including on orders of $39 or more.
Available delivery options and the full order total are shown at checkout before payment. Wessiny does not add separate packaging or handling fees.
Processing and Estimated Delivery
Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. The total delivery estimates below include processing time; do not add processing days again. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- United States and Canada: Standard 8–17 business days; Expedited 5–12 business days.
- United Kingdom and supported European destinations: Standard 8–17 business days; Expedited 5–12 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: Standard 8–17 business days; Expedited 5–12 business days.
- Supported Asian destinations, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong: Standard 8–17 business days; Expedited 5–12 business days.

We accept delivery addresses in the countries and regions listed below, subject to address eligibility at checkout. The rates and free standard shipping threshold above apply throughout this list. We do not currently offer delivery to destinations outside this list. If no delivery option is offered for an address, we cannot accept an order for that address.

Import Duties, VAT and Customs Charges
Wessiny covers import duties and import VAT for our shipments. You are not expected to pay additional import duties or import VAT when the parcel arrives. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge, contact us with your order number and the charge notice so we can resolve it. Any tax collected at checkout is displayed before you pay.
Tracking and Address Changes
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Carrier updates may take a few days to appear. Check your delivery address before paying; contact us promptly if it needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking says delivered but your order is missing, check with your household, building reception and local carrier, then contact us. If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, send us your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier and discuss an appropriate resolution.
