Start with clean, dry, oil-free nails and gently push back your cuticles. Choose a strip that is slightly smaller than your nail, peel it from the sheet, and place it close to the cuticle without touching the skin.
Press firmly from the center to the sides, trim or file away the excess, then cure under a UV/LED lamp until fully hardened. For best wear, avoid water, oil, or lotion right after application.

Do not force peel the strips. Apply cuticle oil or remover around the edge of the nail, wait a few minutes, then gently lift from the side using the wooden stick.
Add more oil as needed and remove slowly to help protect your natural nails. After removal, wash your hands and apply cuticle oil or hand cream to keep nails looking healthy and hydrated.
